North London’s soul man of the moment Michael Kiwanuka, who earlier this year won the BBC’s Best of Sound 2012 as Britain’s top act to watch this year, is playing a string of UK dates in May before he heads to the States.
His trio of EPs and latest album, Home Again, have won him a following in both Europe and the States, where he performed last month at Austin’s SXSW festival. While he was there he recorded a jam with fellow artists on the Communion Records label to John Martyn’s Over The Hill – watch the results below.
